PIXI Studio is looking for a key person to make sure everything runs smoothly… and that people can feel it.

This role is built on two essential strengths: solid logistical rigor and genuine care for the team’s well‑being. It’s a hands‑on, meaningful, and highly visible role within the team.

Your mission:

You will ensure both:

• The smooth daily operation of the studio
• The quality of the human experience at PIXI

Your day‑to‑day:

Logistics & Organization (about 60%)

• Ensure the proper functioning of the studio (supplies, orders, vendors, upkeep of spaces)
• Manage routine purchases and keep inventories up to date
• Anticipate needs to avoid emergencies
• Coordinate certain internal services (visitor reception, studio maintenance, etc.)
• Provide occasional support: administration and HR

Team Life & Happiness (about 30%)

• Organize PIXI moments (birthdays, events, social club)
• Create small gestures that make a real difference every day
• Help maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere

Communications & Social Media (about 10%)

• Publish or share simple content (visuals, short texts)
• Maintain a basic presence on social media
• Participate in certain internal communications

*Note: Social media management is part of the role, but it is not a critical or priority responsibility.*

The profile we’re looking for

This role requires both structure and human sensitivity. We’re not looking for two people — just one who naturally brings both qualities.

• Experience in coordination, administration, or a similar role (minimum 2 years)
• Organized, reliable, and autonomous
• Comfortable managing several concrete priorities at once
• Naturally attentive to others, with a genuine sense of service
• Sociable, positive, with good judgment and tact
• Comfortable with digital tools (Office Suite, collaborative tools, basic social media)
• Functional French and English (spoken and written)
